AATCC Test Method 15, Colorfastness to Perspiration

Scope: Determines the fastness of colored textiles to the effects of acid perspiration

• Sample is paired with a multi-fiber stripe
• Saturated with a perspiration solution
• Placed in a Perspirometer in an oven for 6 hours to simulate exposure
• Color change of the sample and staining of the multi-fiber stripe is evaluated
